Our organic beef fat is minced for ease of rendering at home.

This fat comes from across the whole carcass — including body fat, suet and leaf fat. We intentionally combine these to ensure we use the whole animal, staying true to our nose-to-tail philosophy and minimising waste.

Because our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished, the fat carries a natural golden-yellow colour — a reflection of the diverse grasses and pasture plants they eat.

Tallow from organic, grass-fed animals is prized for its nutrient density, containing fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.

Make your own tallow at home— whether for cooking, traditional skincare, soap making or candle making.

Now available in 2kg and 5kg bags, cryovacced and frozen to ensure the freshest possible delivery to your home.

Bello Beef is grown on our certified organic farm in Bellingen, NSW.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, vaccine-free (including mRNA vaccines), with no Bovaer, growth hormones or routine antibiotics. No grain finishing — just cattle raised slowly on pasture, working with our land and the seasons.

We raise Angus and Angus-cross cattle and believe in making the most of every animal we grow.
